FSNinja is an app for 4-way skydiving built by George Abrahams. It is provided for free and without advertisements. For this reason, the information that I collect is minimal.

This privacy policy will help you understand what information FSNinja collects, how it's used, and what choices you have. By using FSNinja, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Your information will not be used or shared with anyone except as described here.

Definitions

• Web app refers to FSNinja on the web, as accessed through a web browser at https://www.fsninja.com/.
• Mobile app refers to FSNinja on Android, as downloaded through the Google Play store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fsninja.fsninja.
• Cookies refer to small pieces of text stored on your device when you use the web or mobile apps. They allow the app to remember information about your visit to provide functionality and analytics.
• Local storage refers to small sets of data that can be stored on your browser. They are functionally similar to cookies.

User content

In the web and mobile apps, FSNinja uses local storage to remember your preferences and content which you generate, such as the dives you choose to save. This information exists solely on your device, is retained indefinitely, and is not shared with anyone. For the web app, you may erase the local storage by deleting your browser's history, or for the mobile app, by uninstalling the application, however, in both case this will lead to the loss of your data.

Analytics

In the web app, FSNinja uses Google Analytics to understand how users engage with the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device type and operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited. This information is therefore shared with Google. Google will retain these data for up to 14 months. All data are anonymous and location information is approximate. If, however, you would like to opt out, you can install the ‘Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On’, provided by Google. Anonymous statistics, such as the number of monthly visitors, may also be shared with third parties for business and promotional purposes.
